  Anyone heard of Watchtower policy change concerning pedophiles

  i'm passing this along from someone else on another discussion board.

  the claim of any substantive change in the policy on pedophiles is news to me.

  can anybody verify or falsify this claim?.

  yes it has to be two or more witnesses. It isnt the elders who say that,we should remember its from Jehovah,we live in an imperfect world,and please dont think im preaching because i totally understand where your coming from and dont like the idea either,but love for Jehovah helps me to see that even if we have to endure and suffer,Jehovah WILL step in and deal with things.

  Honestly you cant imagine how close to my heart this topic is so please please dont think i dont understand :)

  Im so sorry to hear so called br's and sr's have upset you. Im a serving sister and love Jehovah and the organisation,however i do know first

  hand that we can truly be miss treated,its a shame you left Jehovah though......no one is worth making you feel that bad.

  Jesus died for you huni,not just us who still go to meetings,he understands why some need time out and what we have all been

  does anybody remember which scripture it is in the greek scriptures (i want to say it was of paul's writings) that the jw's used as a reason that women had no privileges that a man could have in the congregation?

  i remember doing research on it for a return visit.

  basically the jist of it is that because of eve's sin, all women are inferior.

  But She still should have listened to him(Adam),although yes Adam was far the worse sinner.

  in the past year alone i can name off at least 17 people i know personally who have left the organihatesion.

  none of us know each other well enough to hang out with each other either.

  which means that it was not a planned exit by a group.
